Crazy remedy

Now, I'm not one to go in for crazy, new wave, herbal type mumbo jumbo, but Jeanine has had a diabetic frozen shoulder for coming up to 2 years. After seeing an endless stream of specialists who have decided that nothing can be done about it.
Well, a friend of hers has put her up for this Wood lock Medicated Balm Liniment by crazy ol' Dr Wong To Yick... Well, I think that Wong To Yick is a Doctor but, he may just be a business man or snake oil peddler. I'd say this may remain a mystery.
Anyway, after 2 years, Jeanine is ready to try just about anything short of leech treatment and if you listen to the people at the Chinese Herbalist, she'll be off to acupuncture and (probably), rhino horn in no time.
