Balmeanach

Siting the camera upon the tripod just across the road from the memorial to the Battle of the Braes. I took this High Dynamic Range photograph looking across Balmeanach, The Highland Council owned quarry at Sconser and over some of the Red Cuillin Hills in the early eveninmg sunlight.

I was on my way to visit a garden that featured here a couple of weeks ago. Though I took some photographs there really the light was deteriorating too much by then. I may go back there again tomorrow afternoon. Let us hope it remains sunny.

Judging by the fabulous red sky as I drove home I think maybe tomorrow will be fine..
