Peppers

I do like the colours of peppers. Its hard to get colour into a lunch sometimes. Lots of greens of course, but reds and vivid yellows are harder to come by.

So here are some peppers/capsicums chopped up rough, about to have olive oil and garlic added, with a few mushrooms, and two tomatoes chopped up ready for roasted vegetables to go with roast beef and yorkshire puddings, and a few other bits and pieces.

It was 4 for lunch today, but was stretched to 10 - thankfully, as the piece of beef we had was a bit more than 4 of us could have managed!
