Long view down the garden

It rained heavily early this evening and the after the storm light picked out the trees across the valley for a few minutes. I've had a busy day preparing the house for more renovation works starting this week. The final phase thankfully but it's disruptive as it involves moving out of the main living room and next month out of the kitchen as well. Not much time for taking photos but the light enticed me into picking up the camera and taking a few shots from the upstairs window. We do have a long thin garden but this vertical panorama, stitched from two images, does rather stretch the truth.
