Hair do

I'm trying to loose a few pounds for the summer and last week signed up with a group at the hospital for our first weigh-in but I don't seem prepared to change my diet so i've decided to try increasing the amount of exercise I do. Consequently I was back out on my bike again today although I only got as far as that horrible dark tunnel. The only problem is that last night we had a great big curry and today there was a huge family lunch for Chris and his brothers. I think when we get to weigh-in this week I might have to rethink my plans but we'll see!
