Remember this feeling

Sometimes it's hard to remember the vibrant & beautiful side of things. Today is my birthday. We went to an amazing beach on the Gower - Pwlldu - recommended by our good friends at The Chattery. We were lucky enough to get a window of sunshine (rare on 8th May) & more or less a beach to ourselves. I swam in the sea and lay back in the sun to warm up again. I wanted to remember how wonderful it feels to be outside in a beautiful place & to feel the sun on my skin.
