Under the sea (sort of)

I think Liverpool to me would always have benefitted from a bridge across the mersey. Cities that have a bridge feel complete, cities that dont, have a river that divides.
We do however have two really cool tunnels, i prefer this one (Kingsway) because each part of it is one way! (even better when its deserted!)

Would still love to see a bridge crossing the Mersey from the city centre someday.
