Deepak workshop

I was very pleased that Sara my sister in law had a ticket to the Deepak Chopra workshop today which she couldn't use so generously handed onto me. I was really interested in what he had to say about happiness. It has been found that if you have a happy friend you can be 15% happier yourself and if that friend has a happy friend even if you don't know them it has a positive effect on you and so on. I shudder to think of what happens when everyones unhappy!! Oh and I love the spiral stamp we got instead of a ticket.
