Pity Party

Every party deserves cake, even if it's just to celebrate feeling a bit sorry for yourself.

Caramalised rhubarb cake. Rhubarb from the garden. There's so much of it that a little ingenuity is going to be called for I think.

I was the only one who got clotted cream on their cake though - I hid in the kitchen whilst I ate it so that the kids wouldn't find out
