Golden Gate bridge

We left Monterey ad headed for San Francisco. We had booked out hotel in san Francisco back home. We found it quite easily. One of the rooms wasn't ready, so we unloaded the car, put all the bags into the room that was ready and drove to the Golden Gate bridge.
It was very, very cold.
The drive back to the hotel was hard work. I kept losing my bearings. When we got to the hotel the underground car park was full (the attendant only told me after I'd driven in). Because the car was so big, it took me forever to get it out. I couldn't reverse it into the road as the road was very busy. I decided then that the car would not be coming out again until we head back to the airport!
