Guiseppe

This is my first attempt at uploading anyhting onto this site, so I'm starting with a simple portrait.

Guiseppe is one of two chefs at the Bella Sicialia Restaurant in Knaresborough. The other is Mario, who also doubles as Maitre d' on busy nights. They are helped by Maria (Guiseppe's wife) and Eva - front of house manager.

The food is excellent, the craic endless between the patrons and staff and the location is "cosy" It's a Grade 2 listed building that dates back to medieval times - and is well worth a visit.
