Bits and pieces

A trip into Bantry today - the big market of the month and all sorts of interesting things were on view including a nun selling knitted booties and hats. The super interesting thing is that there are suspicions that she's not a nun at all!! She looks a bit too 'full-on nun' to be a real one! There was also a middle aged and rather plump lady selling multi-coloured Mohican wigs and the usual gaggle of furtive looking blokes selling chickens and ponies. In the end I've gone for a more tasteful image of a multitude of bits and snaffles that were alluring glinting in the sporadic sunshine.

Warm, muggy and damp weather so the garden is going mad - a bit of ferocious hacking back this afternoon.
