Customer Service Excellence Award.
Three years ago we were awarded the Charter Mark Award and have the plaque to prove it.
This has now changed to the Customer Service Excellence Award, and this entailed sending off a box of evidence to prove that we do in fact offer excellent service to our customers.
The assessor then checks the evidence and visits to check further evidence and to consolidate the evidence he has seen. We had the assessor visit us yesterday, so it has been a very stressful week to ensure everything was ready.
We passed with flying colours, 94% which is an excellent pass mark.
We are very pleased with the result, but absolutely exhausted and ready for the weekend!
we will get a new plaque showing the new award in due course.
