National Champs

Jack and Jill live up the hill three houses and across the street. They just returned from the U.S. Masters Spring Nationals Swimming Competition in Mesa, Arizona. Together they won 19 medals, Jill won 10 and Jack won 9, including two Gold Medals.

Jack at age 78 and Jill at age 70 have been swimming competitively in Masters Swimming Events for six years. In the background are some of the medals that they have won.

These folks are a wonderful example of the benefits of staying active as we grow older. In their spare time they go Mountain Biking.
