Elephant Ears.

Another carnival sighting, this time in a tiny parking lot in the middle of town. The food is oh-so-delicious and yet, so bad for you.

I love carnivals but I haven't been to one in a couple years because they've become quite expensive. Yet, they're a great place to people watch, enjoy beautiful weather, and catch a few good shows. I think I might make it a goal to attend a few carnivals this year and hang around for free -- at least to get some neat pictures!
