Rain Stopped Play

We have become so used to the recent summer-like weather that when the rain arrived today it was quite a shock. So my opportunity to go out and 'play' with the 50 mm was a bit curtailed by the weather and thus I was restricted to a quick few minutes shooting in the garden.

Also had to find time to go out and vote....noticed in the polling station a sign that said 'please consult the polling clerks if you require assistance'...I was tempted to ask them for a blindfold and a pin but I didn't think they would appreciate it.
