My New Baby

...finally arrived, it feels like a long labour but she's here, my canon 5d that is. I was going to blip the camera but I was ordered to take a blip so here we have it. I love everything about the camera , there is only one automatic mode, no fancy creative modes for non photographers. It's great having a full frame camera because my 28mm75 is just that, no cropping. You can tell that it's a bigger sensor by looking inside. I'm loving it, definitely no regrets. The only thing which is hard to get used to is having no live view when it comes to doing macro but my Canon 50d wwill still be used for those situations. It's going to be perfect for my weddings and portrait bookings I've got coming up. Now I've got the job of starting to save up for the L lens, not sure which to go for first.

Well I had better sign off for now. Getting nagged about packing for the Lakes. I may phone blip or I may backblip when I get back. sadly the 5d nor the 50d are making the journey, its the compact for our walking weekend.
