125 / 365 - Signed Out!

Met with the sports specialist today to review my knee injury... will spend the next 3 months signed out of physio - woo!

Over the past few months I've just become so fascinated with joints and injuries, and now when I get one I just love analysing the pain. It's so interesting! Maybe it's become a subconscious way of dealing with pain... but either way injuries are incredibly interesting to me now!

Turn's out I slightly tore the end of my hamstring a few weeks ago in training for my dance exam... I felt it rip - I remember it at the time but was so dosed up on painkillers for the original injury to get through the day's rehearsal that I couldn't even properly tell what had happened.... so that's a lesson to learn peeps!

Painkillers can stop you noticing when an injury has occurred!

On the other hand, I'm incredibly fascinated by it once again haha!

Anyway, took the scenic route home from the meeting, and stopped to take a little piccy for today. :)
