Well, it depends on your point of view.

I've heard different opinions today - 'It's freezing'; 'It's a lovely day'; 'At least it's not raining.'

It was dry and windy - a good day to be out. Good 'healthy' weather. Maybe a 'good drying day'!

Apparently April was unusually warm. Let's hope that May follows on.
