A beautiful day with a refreshing new client...

I had a lovely day yesterday. I drove down to Worthing to see a brand new client called Recruitment Services Ltd, who specialise in the Oil & Gas Industry. I have worked with many agencies over the years but this company had something special. There was an instant warmth about them. They have a fantastic team and most of them have been there 15 + years. They do not give their consultants commission, but they do give a profit share of the business, which makes sure that the consultants work together to achieve results. They certainly work hard and play hard :-)

Anyway, after a fab lunch I was tempted to find lots of geocaches that were in a long line along the coast, but my daughter was at home and I needed to make sure I was back in time to put her to bed.
