Birthday

Amazing day :)

Got up and had a yummy breakfast of yoghurt, strawberries, peach and blueberries :)

Opened cards and presents from family and friends back in Sheffield - got a gorillapod for my DSLR :) yay!!

Then up to the uni with Mark and Edd for a talk on 3rd year modules - nice to see loads of the geography crowd. Next to meet Myles (featured in this blip) who bought me lunch from a really lovely place called 'Chives' and we ate it chatting sitting in the jetty. Mark then offered to take me to Clarach so we drove, parked and walked along the beach... for ages, until we got to a little white house and went up the valley to the road, down the road and in a circular route back to Clarach. Thought we were totally lost at one point as we really hadn't planned for a walk, but all okay in the end.

Straight back to meet up with Natalie - chatting for ages, eating dinner, opening a few more presents before heading out to the beach to make a fire.

Party at the beach! About 30 or so friends turned up to celebrate my birthday on south beach, with toasted marshmallows (sometimes they were fire) and lots of friendly chat.

Perfect :)
