Tunnel

After yesterday's apathy, I am spoilt for choice today. Lily didn't wake up until after 8.30 so I decided to keep her off nursery and we went on an adventure!

First we called in at RNAS Culdrose so Dad could watch planes and helicopters. Unfortunately they are relaying the runway so all he saw were one helicopter taking off and another being refuelled. I let him keep his shots (although they are very good).

Then we continued on to Levant Mine and Beam Engine over on the north coast. It was grand especially seeing the beam engine running. Dad and I both managed to get some stunning photos - including the classic Cornish Engine House shots.

However I liked this one best of Lil and Dad in the tunnel - we later worked out that you could see down the shaft they are stood under so we sent Mum down, then Red and Lily and so on. Who knew that a tunnel and a ventilation shaft could provide such entertainment...
