Toad in the Hole

Managed to get a good bit of work done today, but also got out for a run in the late afternoon sun. Whipped up a cheeky toad in the hole with home made wedges and minted green veg.

It was all very nice coupled with a gin and tonic....May as well not have gone for the run really....
