Waiting

Spent a fair while looking at this door in the clinic today. I was waiting to get my blood work done as part of my routine check ups. This week 4 years ago I was in Dubai and had just been diagnosed with stage 3 bi-lateral breast cancer. I was petrified of needles then, I got used to them pretty quick. A lot has happened in 4 years, good stuff, bad stuff, weird stuff. We've lived in 3 different countries and met some fantastic people along the way. I'm a lucky, lucky lady.
