Photographic Opporchancities...

...you have to take them when you find them! Had my photography class this evening, with a focus on taking portraits - something I've never ever attempted so far! The practical activity was to take shots of each other, but just as a couple of us were about to head back to the classroom, these two girls appeared at the top of the stairs. Turns out they were models for the advanced photography class, the next floor up. They very kindly agreed to stop for a minute so we could get some shots too - hehe!

So, here you have it, my first portrait shot on blip...I'm kind of pleased with it, though it was more of an opportunity shot, than the staged, posed, "storytelling" set up we were being lectured to about! Maybe I'm more of a reportage kinda gal...
