Shitty afternoon.

SVT and hypo at the same time = unfortunate. Not an experience I want to repeat in a hurry, and that heart rate at the top is after it had slowed down somewhat. Yuk. :*(

All redeemed by a smiling, bouncing toddler who greeted me as I came through the front door. Am 100% all better now.
