Midday on Littlehampton Seafront
One of the good things about living by the sea, is that you can combine a really mundane task (like going to the rubbish dump) with a stop off at the seafront on the way home.
Today is very sunny, and warm if you are away from the sea. But standing on the beach, there was a high tide, and a lot of wind, making it feel quite cold. Nonetheless, there were still people in their bikinis and shorts, braving the chill as they enjoyed their beach picnics.
Tomorrow, the boys are both at home again, as their school will be shut for the local elections. Poor Hannah isn't so 'lucky'; although I think even they wish they could do a full week...it's been so long!
Happy Wednesday everyone!
