Migraine Hell Day 2

Urgh - still not great today. I woke at 3 this morning with one of the worst migraine headaches I have had in a long time. I worked for a few hours today but slept for a couple of hours this afternoon. I was supposed to go and watch my brother, Mark, in his band, Chapter 24, this evening with my Dad but of course, had to miss out on that too :-(

Twigs, however, hardly left my side tonight and is a great nurse :-)
