Growing up...

...that's what these pak choi are doing!! All our seeds planted less than two weeks ago have taken a growth spurt thanks to all this lovely weather. Can't wait to taste them!

I finished a two year contract in December with a huge organisation and used to get frustrated with the everything-done-by-committee-slow-treacle-pace. Now everyday is a race. It's all very exciting.

Went for a run and avoided eating a 100 flies. Have bumped my long Sunday run into a mid week run. Half way round when I meet the downward hill - I shout out a woo hoo! There's no one around - and if there was, hey ho, am sure they'd politely smile. Just need to keep the momentum going. September will fly in and I want to be trained for once instead of just showing up. Watch this space.
