For Sale!

It's official now, so just have to wait for the offers to come pouring in!
Finished a long day at work and it feels odd pulling up on the drive with the newly erected sign displayed, but i want to move out from suburbia into some of the surrounding countryside where i belong. After returning from the Lakes yesterday i know that i'm doing the right thing and it's kind of exciting knowing my next house is out there somewhere. :-)
The downside is that i'm going to have to be clean and tidy a little more consistently ready for viewings!
