Stairway to Heaven

Today Mrs O had a job interview, its our first positive move since making our decision to depart Christchurch and move ourselves down to Dunedin, or more particularly Mosgiel. The place we were both born. Its like we are on the bottom rung of the stairway looking up and taking the first step.

It got me thinking........

How did my Parents do what they did, they packed everything up in a couple of suitcases and set off from Dundee, Scotland heading for New Zealand and a new life having no idea just what this country had in store for them.
Wow what a brave move...........
