Sometimes it pays to let companies know that you aren't happy with recent policy changes. I sent an email to Kroger a little over a week ago letting them know that I was displeased with various changes. This afternoon I came home to find a nice letter, some reusable bags, and a gift card. Nice job, Kroger!
