NetiPot

No, it's not a little plastic teapot. It's a NetiPot for nasal irrigation. Yip, nasal irrigation. Nice huh. Carolyn tried to get me to use one when I lived in Houston but well, it didn't appeal. A few months ago she sent me one. I laughed and put it in the cupboard. But tonight I decided to give it a try, my sinuses have been bothering me. Basically you fill it with lukewarm water and some saline solution, stick the spout up one nostril, tilt your head to the side with your mouth open and let the water flow through and out the other nostril. Switch sides and repeat. It feels, and looks, a bit weird but it works. Cheers Car, and sorry for taking the piss for all those months, turns out you were right!
