BethaBlip 52...

This is my monthly track of my children as they grow to see how they change as time goes by. I take the same photo in the same place each 1st and 15th of each month along with a wee diary of what has happened and how life has progressed for each of them. Bethany on the 1st and Ewan on the 15th. It is quite remarkable and is accentuated by the 1 year ago thumbnail down in the bottom right.

This month we had a near miss hospital trip and a scheduled visit. The near miss was the result of a small bell stuck up her noise. Thankfully a strong outward snort saved us from that trip. The second was Bethany's pre-school eye screening. Surprisingly, it turns out that Bethany's left eye is under developed and is rather short sighted. Her right eye is fine but the result is that she's had to get the glasses that you see here. The glasses are Bratz glasses but this choice wasn't governed by toy brand but the glasses car that they came in which looks like a small handbag. She's fair away with them and is doing really well to look through them as opposed to over or under them.

Another first for this month was a sleep over with Uncle Ali and Aunty Joslyn. That all went brilliantly, even affording the hosts a lie in of the magnitude we never get.

The bike riding is continuing and forsaking the awful brakes on her bike, she can more or less do everything that she needs to ride by herself.
