Osprey...

... a blurry, heavy crop but an osprey none-the- less. First one I've seen fishing.

It circled way up for a bit then folded its wings behind and came back down fast. It slowed and then dived again. After a moment in the water it came back up with an enormous fish. It took a while to gain any altitude and then disappeared into the trees behind us.

Also saw buzzards mobbing a big bird. We think it was the sea eagle we saw at Lintrathen a few weeks back...

PS apologies for the quality... it was a very long way off... but it was soooo exciting!
