Heinz Memorial Chapel

Door to the Heinz Memorial Chapel. It was a rainy day and my first visit to Pittsburgh. The chapel was a gift from Henry John Heinz, founder of the H.J. Heinz Company to honor his mother. The handles here were created by Samuel Yellin, a blacksmith from Philadelphia. His works are on buildings such as the Federal Reserve Bank of New York, Cathedral of St. John on the Divine, University campuses of Yale, Columbia, Harvard, Princeton, Pennsylvania, Northwestern, Chicago, Pittsburgh...
