Birthday Girls

Today, a day early, we celebrated Grace and Olivia's 17th birthday. They were born just shortly after midnight, 17 years ago, at a miraculous 39 weeks. The final five weeks full of drama. Three trips to the hospital for pre-mature labor and toxemia. We were also attempting to deliver naturally after having had a C-section with our first son because of a breech position.

In the end we were given the gift of two healthy girls weighing in at 6lbs 6oz and 6lbs 3 ozs seven minutes delivered naturally.

This will be there last year at home before going off to college. Praying for a very special year!
