Welcome!

Sometimes you go to a place where people say "You are welcome here", and even though they probably mean it, you don't FEEL welcome. Then there are times you go somewhere, and whether they say it or not, you know you are welcome.

I think the difference involves action. You don't get a welcoming environment unless you understand who it is coming, and what they need to be comfortable there (which may be different from what makes you comfortable).

Those are my favorite - the places where you know you are welcome, because you feel it. No one else needs to tell you so ;)
