Blencathra

We went up Blencathra today with Tam and Jim. Bright sunshine all day long, but the wind was incredibly strong!

In the photo you can see we are getting near the top! Time for a quick swig of coffee from our flasks!

The pub at the bottom was shut ( flood damage last winter ), but next to it was a guest house doing cream teas!

Brilliant food at our BBQ last night, but it turned freezing cold in that strong wind!
