...so we can learn to pick ourselves up.

Had to wake up bright and early for the Nassau Coaches Track Invitational. It was nice out, but it took a little while to get there..it was chilly in the morning. I high jumped and hurdled.

After that i hung out with my neighbors and went to one of their soccer games. Tomorrow i have to get up early too to go help out at a water stop for the long island marathon :)
