Truro Cathedral Reredos and East Window
We visited Truro Cathedral today and had a lovely walk round.... so peaceful and quiet.... I just loved this picture of the Reredos and East Window.
The Cornish Diocese of Truro formed in 1876 and Truro Cathedral was the first cathedral to be built on a new site since Salisbury was started in 1220. It is a beautiful building and well worth a visit.
It is also still incorporates the original Parish Church in the south aisle of the Cathedral.
