Peony Buds

Spent a day at home today and pottered in the garden this afternoon, whilst the kids played. I think they were really tired after all the fun of yesterday.

My peonies are in bud and will be flowering soon. Remembered to tie them up this year before they all collapse under the weight of the flower heads.... I know these buds don't look very big at the moment but the flowers are huge when they eventually flower!
