weird seaweed

After another day of wall to wall sunshine we decided to give the dogs their last walk of the day on the Sands of Wright and came across this very strange seaweed formation. I can see a goats head or a veloceraptor (side view) maybe and I haven't been drinking!. Any other suggestions?
