Raindrops

What a beautiful morning! Cold, (42 degrees) but patchy blue sky, brisk and exhilarating! I took so many pictures today but love this one. I once again don't know what this is, but the way the raindrops settle on the edges it almost looks like glass. It's green, it's wet.....it must be Oregon!
