Bonanza

Jarvises approach theme bars with caution. Whether it's a horror rock cafe in Riga or a bar modelled after a cowboy TV series in Oslo, you enter with scepticism and are sometimes pleasantly surprised. Theme bars don't work unless the people that start the bars are actually into the themes and put a bit of effort into it. Bonanza in Oslo gets it right, though, from the country records on the wall to the judicious selection of music on the stereo courtesy of the music nerd bar staff.
