Last day of April

And a very lazy day it has been too. The children are all super-tired after a late night (Elliot in particular is still recovering from his 3 days away). He has stopped eating everything in sight, and given in to sitting in front of the tv watching sport.

The hot weather has come back though, which is lovely, and all of the dirty washing that came back with Elliot has been washed and dried. And no need to worry about the dog; she is back on form now that her football buddy is back. Clearly I am not good enough to kick a ball about and keep her happy; only Elliot can do that.

These little lilac flowers are in the baskets that I planted up last weekend to hang on the wall at the back of the house. They are thriving in the sunshine!
