Lots of effort and energy day

Today Dave and I biked across town to the cafe where Abby works to have coffee. Very nice autumn day again so a pleasant trip!

This afternoon we moved all these stones (and you can't see the entire garden in this photo!) by hand to another part of the garden so we can lift the weedmat, dig it over, feed the soil, put some new plants in, put down more weedmat and, you guessed it, put the stones BACK. Are we mad??? It took 2.5 hours to move them. We are shattered.
