Refusenik

Today I have been a Royal Wedding refusenik and took the opportunity to spend a glorious day walking in one of the best bluebell woodlands in Lancashire , Aughton (Affton) Woods nr Caton. It is a SSSI semi ancient woodland owned by the Lancs Wildlife trust and the Fund I manage helped with the purchase and initial management. The site info board also features one of my photos so I dutifully take a flask of hot soapy water and give it a good annual clean up. My records for this year suggest the bluebells here are at least a week early. Filled up two 2GB cards but this was the money shot for me.
