Cyclic learning...

I must say, one of the most significantly satisfying bits of parenting so far has been teaching Bethany to ride her bike without stabilisers. Bethany can be very cautious about things so it's something that I thought might take a lot longer than it did.

Over the last month or so, about a 7 wee trips out, we went from be held up most the time to picking up the leaning and learning to stop in spite of the awful brakes that she's been dealt. Today she can now confidently take off from a flat start all by herself.

Wonderful to watch.
