My Work

This is 32 cavity mold for an injection molding machine, makes the little plastic part you press on the top of an aerosol can. This one pieces weighs in at OVER 400 lbs. My new job is to maintain, repair, and re-tool (for different products) these and many other molds like it. The company I work for now is the largest producer of aerosol can tops in the world, everyone out there probably has some of our products in your house now. One of our customers is WD-40, we make the plastic bits of the can. This is all new to me as I have never done this type of work before, but from what I have been told, I am picking it up very quickly.
